Since Lucio started class at TAHL, we noticed his increased interest in books, coloring, writing and other activities that don't require screen time. Overall, his speech and behavior have significantly improved.

Verified Client means Teacher A's Makati sent that person a one-time review link directly, so we can personally vouch that their child attends the center. Verified Email means the reviewer confirmed their own email address but has not been matched to a transaction. Both are real people; the first is a stronger claim, so it is labeled differently rather than blurred together.
We can remove spam, abuse, fake submissions and anything containing personal or contact details — and we can publicly reply to any review. A genuine critical review from a real client is not removed. A wall of nothing but five stars tells a parent far less than a business that answers criticism.
